Delivery Areas

We deliver across Accra and all major cities in Ghana including Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Cape Coast, and Tema.

Delivery Times

• Accra: 1–2 business days
• Other major cities: 2–4 business days
• Remote areas: 3–7 business days (contact us for availability)

Delivery Costs

• Orders over ₵100 qualify for free delivery
• For orders under ₵100, delivery cost is arranged separately with the rider/business after your order is placed
• No delivery fees are calculated or charged at checkout

Store Pickup

Store pickup is available at no cost. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout, choose your preferred date and time, and we will notify you when your order is ready.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an OTP/delivery code with your order confirmation. The delivery rider will ask for this code to confirm delivery.

Issues with Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
