Return Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Eligible Items
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Wigs, closures, frontals, and extensions can only be returned if sealed and unworn (hygiene policy)
- Hair care products must be unopened
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn hair products
- Products with broken seals
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (or arrange pickup in Accra)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Mobile Money refunds: 1–3 business days
- Card refunds: 5–10 business days
- You will be notified when your refund is processed
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
