Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligible Items

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Wigs, closures, frontals, and extensions can only be returned if sealed and unworn (hygiene policy)
  • Hair care products must be unopened

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn hair products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us (or arrange pickup in Accra)
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Mobile Money refunds: 1–3 business days
  • Card refunds: 5–10 business days
  • You will be notified when your refund is processed

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
