• Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (₵ GHS) and are subject to change without notice
• Product availability is not guaranteed — items may sell out

Orders

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation with an order number
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
• Order cancellations by the customer must be requested before the order is dispatched

Payment

• We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo, Telecel Cash), bank cards, and Pay on Delivery
• Pay on Delivery may incur additional costs and is subject to location availability
• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control

Salon Services

• Appointments are requests subject to confirmation
